I love love love my hair. Tara did an excellent job on my braids. I have gotten nothing but compliments on how great they look. I’ve had other types of braids before but these are by far the best. I already know they will hold up a long time and still look good. I finally found my permanent home and I will definitely refer her to others.

Critical: ProfessionalismIn disbelief about what just happened. I used Tara’s service at Right Hair and the appointment started off with a misunderstanding and she appeared a good bit irritated as I could hear it in her voice. Whoever booked my appointment did not put that I requested my hair to be taken down so when I arrived she looked at me kinda funny and explained that someone scheduled for her. That was all cleared up and I was satisfied at the end. My daughter spent time with Tara over the phone asking question about a particular hair style that she wanted and she was given a recommendation on the type of hair to get. Tara told her to go online to make an appointment and that she did. When we got to the appointment and buzzed to get into the door Tara answered and my daughter said she had a 3:00 appointment . This is the reason for my review, Tara said, “No you don’t “. We spent about 4 minutes talking through an intercom and a lady was in the waiting room listening. I also found out later she had a client at the time that she was going back and forth about my daughter having an appointment with her. After the embarrassment, I told my daughter let’s go. Tara finally came outside saying my daughter did not make an appointment because shes to approve the appointment . She was not very accommodating and was rude about it. She literally left my daughter in tears. I understand you are all about your money, but professionalism goes along way. I used Tara’s service at Right Hair and the appointment started off with a misunderstanding and she appeared a good bit irritated as I could hear it in her voice. I went to Right Hair Universal Hair Studio to get my hair shampoo , blow dry, cornrows and my wig fitted, Tara was my stylist. she did a great job, I was happy my hair was done faster than I have expected, she was very friendly talk to me the whole time I was in the store, she was very professional and her salon was very clean, I would highly recommend Right hair anytime. excellent stylist…I love my wig so much can’t wait for the next two weeks to see what she can do with my wig..
