I could go on and on about how great of an experience I had having Rig & Co. for our hair and makeup for our wedding! I have never truly loved having my hair or makeup done professionally and I couldn’t have been happier with the final results. A special shoutout to Rhoda and Kelly who were absolutely incredible at doing my bridal hair and makeup! Kelly was able to do a completely different style than we chose at my trial due to the rain and blew my mind with the results! My bridesmaids all agree that was one of the best experiences they have had getting their hair/makeup done for a wedding. If you are looking for this service for your wedding, LOOK NO FURTHER!

Unsatisfactory. Our appointments for our massages we’re canceled a few hours before the scheduled time. They asked us to reschedule but did not offer any type of discount or apologetic action. These appointments were scheduled a month in advance and both parties took off work for the occasion. They were able to keep the scheduled eyebrow shaping and tint Which resulted in little difference the first and second time they were tinted. Also, I was adamant that they merely clean up her eyebrows, no change just clean them up. Unfortunately, she came back with two uneven and very thin eyebrows.

i really try to not leave bad reviews but my nail shape was wrong & wonky, my length was too short, the design i wanted was botched, and on top of that my polish lasted all but a day and a half before majorly chipping & peeling off.

Amazing amazing amazing!!!! I typically don’t like massages but when I told my masseuse, she asked questions about my likes and dislikes and she made me as comfortable as possible. I also got my brows waxed while waiting for my cousin and that was pretty good too. We got gift packages for first time visit. I love the Rig lipstick, it moisturizes my lips whenever I use it!

Been going here for over 2 years. The facials are phenomenal and I have also had manicures, pedicures, hair cuts, and even a massage. We live over an hour away, but it is worth the trip, I just get more than one service done and truly enjoy my pamper days at Rig!
