Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityHad a massage with Jessica and a facial with Jennifer and for a newbie, it turned out fantastic. I was well informed of what to expect before my massage and facial that I was able to relax. Jessica hit every pressure point and smoothed out every knot in my back and shoulder region and as for someone who works in healthcare and is constantly on her feet all day let me tell you that foot massage at the end was what I needed! Jennifer also gave me a fabulous facial, educating me on the products I should be using for my skin and was very careful throughout the whole procedure. Had a massage with Jessica and a facial with Jennifer and for a newbie, it turned out fantastic. I was well informed of what to expect before my massage and facial that I was able to relax. Jessica hit every pressure point and smoothed out every knot in my back and shoulder region and as for someone who works in healthcare and is constantly on her feet all day let me tell you that foot massage at the end was what I needed! Then the day before my appointment I get no confirmation call, but I had called the spa to reschedule because I had somewhere to go. They were closed so I left a message asking to reschedule and that I didn’t know how it worked because I was concerned about being charged for calling under 24 hours before the appointment. I received no return phone call and I showed up because I did not want to be charged and no one had gotten back to me so I wasn’t sure they even received my message, come to find out they had canceled the appointment without even contacting me. My sister had bought me a facial for my birthday.. Then the day before my appointment I get no confirmation call, but I had called the spa to reschedule because I had somewhere to go.
