First going to a barber shop. Would always shave the entire head with a 2mm clip at great clips. Wanted to try something else out and knew only a barber could pull it off. They are more precise in their work and i observed each guy take their time with what their customers want. I met a cool, polite, knowledgeable barber who went by FA. Great service and good overall experience. Will definitely come back.

The fellows at Rico’s do a good job of welcoming in new customers. The barber shop has a mellow, urban ambiance. A number of TV’s showing sports. Current day rap, throwback hip-hop, and r&b music playing. It’s a laid-back youthful vibe where you can get a quality cut. Excellent place to catch up recent local news, or personal chit-chat with your barber. Appointments are recommended, because this is a long standing popular barber shop. I normally get a medium skin fade, and they have no problem putting that look together. Beard trims seem to be a reason guys come too.

I just moved to the area a few months ago and I was looking for a barber shop. A co-worker recommended Rico’s. I have been there three times so far. Jordan cuts my hair and does a great job! It’s difficult when you move to a new location and you left your favorite barber behind. However Jordan has made up for that loss. The shop is big and clean. All of the barbers are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
