Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going here for more than 10 years and had the same nail tech all these years. I went a few days ago to get a pedicure and she was so rough on my legs and she left scrapes on my feet from scrubbing to hard. Then when it was time to get my nails done she kept hitting my cuticles with the machine and told me it’s my fault and I need to sit still mind you I wasn’t moving she just was being to rough!! That did it for me. A loyal customer no more! That was the last time I will ever go there. I have been going here for more than 10 years and had the same nail tech all these years. I went a few days ago to get a pedicure and she was so rough on my legs and she left scrapes on my feet from scrubbing to hard. Then when it was time to get my nails done she kept hitting my cuticles with the machine and told me it’s my fault and I need to sit still mind you I wasn’t moving she just was being to rough!!
