First want to say my nails were great. She took her time and that’s not my issue. However, I was cut twice during my acrylic service… and then overcharged. The tech did not do anything about my cuts but someone else came and put stuff on them. Furthermore, I was there for 2.5 hours and my nails were not complicated… took 1 hour just to take my old acrylics off. Then I went to the register and my nails were $65 when no signs mentioned it being that high based on the short length, and the girl before me had much more complicated acrylics and her toes done and it was the same price as my one set. Why isn’t pricing consistent and communicated? This is unacceptable.

I absolutely love it here, the staff are great. I wouldn’t say they welcoming, since when I arrived they were busy with other customers, but they acknowledged me and asked what I wanted done. I was waiting for more than 2 hours since there were two people ahead of me, I wasn’t upset, I’m a understanding person though I wish they had more staff working that day, it would have kept me from staying until dark. I was hesitant to show what nails I wanted because I thought It would be to difficult for them to do, but they did absolutely GREAT, and I love them. The lady I showed the picture to, told me the nails were going to be 60 dollars but since I had to wait a long time to get my nails done another lady dropped it to 50 dollars. Very understanding staff and I would love to go here again in the future ✌

She is professional, kind, creative and gentle. She takes her time and listens to what I want. The last time I went in, I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she exceeded my expectations. It’s normal for women to compliment my nails, but since I’ve been going to Ricky’s women ask me “who does your nails?!” I am now a loyal client.I can’t say enough about this nail salon. I can’t say enough about this nail salon. The place is clean. The ladies who work there are friendly. Miss Li/Linda is my nail tech. She is professional, kind, creative and gentle. She takes her time and listens to what I want. The last time I went in, I showed her a picture of what i wanted and she exceeded my expectations.
