Both Rick and Jesse were very polite but when asked about what type of hair style I wanted, Jesse did not make the effort to ask questions about how I wanted my hair to look. A general assumption and hair style was suggested and I was foolish enough to agree with it.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI called ahead to confirm they had availability and that they could cut the style I was looking for. The barber confirmed he could see me and confirmed he could cut the style I wanted. As soon as I walked in I was refused service for being a woman. I don’t receive a traditional woman’s cut, I receive a traditional men’s cut that they already told me they do. Instead of telling me in advance over the phone, I drove there only to be turned away. And not in the most friendly manner either.
