Strike 1: Rick called me two hours before my appointment and told me he will need to reschedule because “he’s stuck in traffic”. Strike 2: This man gave me a lackadaisical haircut, and when i complained and asked for him to change it, he told me to come back another time because “he needs to take his sons to boxing”. Strike 3 I accidentally scheduled a appointment with him. I informed Rick of the mistake minutes within the incident occurring , and he refused to cancel the appointment, which would equate to him receiving $47 for nothing. He told me that ” We’re all adults and need to take accountability for our actions” All while he had me on speakerphone with another customer in the background laughing. Not to mention Rick will consistently attempt to sell/pressure you into buying his homemade juices or to receive his hair restoral service that HE values at 3k. Honestly, Rick can cut hair when he wants to, but overall he’s not a good person. Judge for yourself though.
