Will never come back here. I usually go somewhere else that was booked so I thought I would give it a try. From the very beginning I felt like my being there was an inconvenience. I should have left then. The nail tech, Amelia, raced through my manicure and it really shows. Nail polish on the skin. Cuticles are a mess. I didnt even bother asking for a design. Then I find out to pay with card is an additional $5.00 on a $35.00 transaction. Never again. Go to Bee Nails no matter how long it takes.

I have to say this place is by far the best. We were greeted and asked if we wanted a drink. Everything was clean and staff was incredibly friendly. We enjoyed the pedicure so much. I think they spoiled me as far as expectations for any other place. They definitely know how to treat people. Great experience.

Richard is THE MAN! I went in today and had a brand new worker who did not do terrible but I was not extremely happy with the final product (gel mani pedi)…I was nervous to say something because I didn’t want to wreck the worker’s confidence but I had mentioned it to the other nail technician and Richard fixed my nails to PERFECTION without making me feel like a pain in the butt or anything. I HIGHLY recommend for the customer service and the actual quality they are awesome!

richards is only good if richard does your nails. the three stars are only because richard actually knows what he is doing along with being very skilled. but for the love of god, don’t let anyone else there do your acrylics.. Gel manicures

Very unhappy, the girl who did my pedicure was very unpleasant, rude and not satisfied at all. I asked a worker prior to choosing which pedicure if hot stone pedi included everything the heel treatment pedi did, she advised me yes. I choose the hot stone with the impression my heels would be scrubbed. I was with a friend and she chose the same. She was started 8 minutes before me. However we were on the same steps. When it came to scrubbing my feet she barely scrubbed them. I asked her why and said That was not much of a scrub. She said this is not the pedicure to focus on your heels. I advised her what i was told and she Then was so rude to her co worker. She belittled her and i felt awful for the girl. I will never return to this establishment.

They are not the cheapest in the area but everything they use is high quality and you get what you pay for!
