I have been going to Richard Kroll for haircuts for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the cut. Often times when my hair is styled, I am not crazy about it, but it’s somewhat understandable because the stylist doesn’t know my preferences. Natasha cut and styled my hair today. I have never been so happy with the results of a haircut and style as this. She didn’t even really ask me how I wanted it styled. She actually looked at how I was wearing my hair when I came in and knew what I liked and how to make it look awesome. 5 stars for Natasha!!!! Love her!

I am fairly new to Richard Kroll in Allentown. I visited back in February and again in June. Both times I asked for Amanda on the recommendation of another customer who has Amanda. She is absolutely fabulous. Does a fantastic job on hair and works very quickly and efficiently. Amanda removed a few errant eyebrow hairs as a kind gesture. I never ever have had any complaints. Kroll Salon also provides complimentary coffee or tea, chocolates and a goody bag when you leave. The rest of the staff are just as impressive. You just can’t go wrong when you chose Richard Kroll Salon.

The staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Jess is phenomenal and I am never disappointed in how she cuts or styles my hair. Jessica and Amanda are also very adept in their services. My best friend and I went there for a relaxing day to treat ourselves to pedicures and facials. The facial for each of us was AMAZING!! But the pedicure was a nightmare from the start. What was supposed to be a 45 minute pedicure turned into almost 2 hours for each of us. The girl cut my toe instantly, it was uncomfortable all around. I have never had an experience like that in my life. We both had gel on our toe nails and the process to remove it was time consuming and uncomfortable. It is 2 days later and my polish is already coming off on one of my toes. The price I paid for that service was not worth it at all. I will never go there again. I was upset from the start and it ruined my day.
