Very unorganized. Rich told me he put me down for Friday 5:30pm. He had me text him the day and time of my appointment and he responded “ok”. I drive a hour to make my appointment to get a good haircut for a wedding i am attending tomorrow. I arrive and call him to let him know i arrived and he had no clue about me even coming. Then says “oh i have you down tomorrow”. I texted you the day and time and you confirmed… Definitely not the right way to treat a client. Poor appointment scheduling.
