There has never been a time that I have been disappointed in his professionalism, skill level and customer service. I feel that Ric has a rare gift to intuitively color and style hair based upon the physical structure of the face and tone of skin color. He helped me recover from a horrible blonde coloring at the hand of a prior stylist, to a natural looking softer tone of blonde that complemented my skin tone. Recently, I decided to fully embrace the grey in my hair, no longer camoflaging it with blonde. When I discussed my decision with Ric and included that I did not want to cut my long hair, he researched the best natural option and products so the transition would still provide the healthy soft tones that complement my skin. He was honest with how long the transition and process would take (especially with long hair), and continues with each visit to create a blending of the grey to maintain the soft natural look I desire. He has earned my trust based upon his abilities and skill level- the warm customer service he provides is an outward statement of how much he loves what he does. During this pandemic, he has fully provided all required safety measures, allowing me to feel comfortable during my appointment. Ric is the only sylist I recommend. Ric has been my stylist for many years. There has never been a time that I have been disappointed in his professionalism, skill level and customer service. I feel that Ric has a rare gift to intuitively color and style hair based upon the physical structure of the face and tone of skin color.
