Critical: Quality, ValueRhonda is very professional. Very nice. Very good at cutting hair too. I did express that with my highlights, I wanted NO gray or copper color in my hair. I wound up having lots of gray all along the bottom, and little spots of copper. The coloring for me wasn’t right, nor was it really evenly distributed. It cost $240 for something that should’ve been WAY better at that price. I feel it was overpriced for the results I received. She did try to fix it, and she did take responsibility for the gray, which was nice, but it still isn’t worth THAT MUCH. I still have dark hair now (where the gray was in order to fix it), and some copper and super light hair uneven and jagged along the top. I do feel like I got ripped off, unfortunately. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueSo accommodating! I wanted a last minute appointment and Rhonda came back to the salon just for me! So friendly and did a great job! Highly recommend! Prices are great too!
