If I could leave less stars for this review, I would. I’m not even a patient of Dr. Susser’s. She visited MY place of work and I was cashing her out. At the end of her transaction she abruptly stated “I’m a dermatologist and I’d love to clean you up” (referring to my acne + scarring on my face, which truthfully is very minimal right now). Before I could comprehend what was going on she proceeded to ask me if I had health insurance and told me where she was based out of and that she does telehealth visits. As if this sudden and strange line of questioning wasn’t enough, she then tells me “First thing’s we’ll make sure you don’t have PCOS” (polycystic ovarian syndrome) to which I informed her “I actually do”. Then she told me she will get me “properly medicated”. Does this woman always walk around providing UNSOLICITED medical advice? This whole interaction was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve struggled with acne my whole life due to PCOS and have finally been able to treat my symptoms with MEDICATION PROVIDED TO ME FROM MY OWN DOCTOR. I never once brought up skincare, acne, or asked for her input and medical opinion on my face. I cried for about 15 minutes afterwards because I finally felt like my skin was making progress after years of struggling, and this “Doctor” shattered that within 5 minutes. -5/10 stars. Do not recommend. And I hope she or her office sees this and can understand the changes she needs to make to be not only a better Dr. but a better human as well.

Dr. Susser is amazing. I feel very lucky to have found her. My personal experience was great! No wait time staff was warm and inviting. Dr. Susser addressed my concerns promptly and professionally. I highly recommend seeing her.

I have been seeing Dr. Susser for a number of years. I find her to be very professional and competent. She is gentle and checks me thoroughly from head to toe for my annual check-up. Once I had a bit of an emergency and she saw me right away. I think that she is great!

Dr. Susser is completely unprofessional, condescending and rude. The office staff is entirely inept at running things with any sort of efficiency. Be prepared to wait forever to be seen. My RXs were mishandled. My appointments were messed up and they show no regard for their patients’ time.
