So I’ve been coming here for laser here removal every 6 weeks for some time and Linda is amazing. I’ve had fantastic results. Unfortunately I will not be going back here because I had an appointment and went today on time to be told it was canceled and the rude office staff told me that they called, however I did not get a phone call or voicemail from them only a confirmation for the appointment. When I complained about this and also having issues with their office staff being rude to me at times, I was told that I was wrong by Stephanie the manager. I then told her I was not getting anywhere and I told her that I was going to end the call and go somewhere else for my treatments and she simply said, Agreed! They do not care about the patients and treat them all like garbage. I was paying hundreds of dollars to be kicked to the curb, I also went there for my dermatology needs, but will be looking into a new dermatologist, no one should be treated that way. Now reading the reviews I see a lot of people had similar issues. Taking time out of work and scheduling your day around your appointment is work, to be just told it’s canceled because they need the room for more important things and you’re wrong. It’s unfortunate because the dermatologist was awesome and so is Linda.

The folks here are Awesome. All the Staff are Friendly and Courteous. Had two warts removed by Stephanie Marlin who’s doing an Awesome Job. Her Assistants so kind and Amazing. Highly Recommend. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For Sure.

I would not recommend this place. The receptionist way wicked rude to me, they cancelled my appointment after already waiting a month to get in and when I tried to reschedule she told me I’d have to wait until March! I informed her my need to be seen was urgent and she told me there was nothing they could do. Awful experience.

Receptionist are so rude and unprofessional. While waiting in the waitng room. All they did was talk and complain after getting off the phone with patients. Making fun an criticizing them.. they didn’t realize that I could hear everything.. This place has changed since I have been back here 3 years ago. If they don’t like their job they need to find somewhere else. Wonder what they said about me when I called! If it wasn’t for me seeing Linda or Shane I would not come here. The doctors are great. But the woman staff at the front desk are horrible.

However my appointment in 12/2019 was cancelled and then COVID hit us in January 2020. 🙁 Thumbs down RID on your policy.) Went there for laser hair removal. Had paid and waited months during the pandemic to get an appt. Staff was rude. They made me fill out a PILE of medical forms, including health insurance. Also made me sign something saying i’d agree to forfeit my prepaid service if i’m late for an appt. i didnt sign it and they brought the form back into the exam room and said if i didnt sign it, they wouldn’t give me any treatments. I should have asked for a refund at that point, but i proceeded with the treatment, which they also didnt want to perform that day, saying they needed to “test” the lassr on me. The laser had no cool tip. They didn’t give me a ice pack or anything after the treatment. The esthetician complained that my hair needed to be trimmed, even though it just had been trimmed and most places trim it for you! After she give me a tiny (smaller than a pea!) drop of whitish cream to put on. I had absolutely no hair removed by this treatment. I didn’t even go back for the rest of the treatments i paid for. Too annoyed to deal with them again!

Just Don’t waste your time going to this place. I WAITED to get an appointment more than 4 month because their schedule was full and they had to cancel my appointments many times bc of wheather conditions. when I finally got a appointment they canceled it because they couldnt wait for me 10 minutes bc I was running late but I did have to wait 6 month for an appointment and Worst! The first time I went there I waited for the doctor around 20 minutes to get in to the room. Awful, they are inhumane and don’t have customer service. If you are white ignore my review and go because they will treat you nice.

I’ve been here multiple times and Shane has always been highly competent and quick to work. This time I went to have some lesions on my head removed and there was a new dermatologist. Evelyn had only been there for a week but was very pleasant and friendly. She was able to locate the lesions and between her and Shane were able to get me in to remove them the next day. She did an amazing job with local anesthetic – I didn’t even feel the incisions that Shane made. Highly recommended and I’ll be back next time I need any dermatology work done!
