Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityTo start off, the staff here rushes you right as you walk in. They make you feel like they’re just trying to get it over with to get you out the door again. I asked for a colored French tip manicure and it came out clear with the colored tip, no pink at all like the base of a French manicure would be. I was unhappy with how it came out and the lady huffed and rolled her eyes, then another one came to help and they told me I needed to be more clear at the beginning. I told them I’ve had this done before and it’s never come out like this. They continued to argue and make me feel uncomfortable. To start off, the staff here rushes you right as you walk in. They make you feel like they’re just trying to get it over with to get you out the door again. I asked for a colored French tip manicure and it came out clear with the colored tip, no pink at all like the base of a French manicure would be. Also have small dog that is a biter !Not professional at all. Also, why do they demand a tip? I wasn’t happy with my experience at all. I kept asking are my nails dry?? Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI came in with half of my acrylic set, picked and chewed at by yours truly. I didn’t have an appt at all but to me it was a SOS call because I had work the next day.They fit me in thank goodness and she was so helpful and really made my damaged nails look amazing even after the acrylics. I am an airhead and also changed my color one finger in. Which normally you would get at least an eye roll over but she was very understanding and went ahead and fixed me up.It’s been a few weeks since then and only my pinky has fell victim to breaking which is surprising because after acrylics it’s normally bad news from there.I’m returning today to get another color change.Professional with good customer service.I came in with half of my acrylic set, picked and chewed at by yours truly.
