Went there after reading the reviews to get my daughter’s hair cut. First few minutes of the appointment were great. The hair stylist was very nice to my daughter. We showed her the cut that my daughter wanted (from long hair to short hair). For the initial couple of hair chops the stylist was taking us through the process but then it stopped suddenly and she cut a lot more of the hair and made it very very short. My daughter saw it in the mirror and started crying and stressing out. We could not finish the cut, as my daughters was inconsolable and would not stop crying. I decided to leave at that point. When we were leaving the lady at the reception (not sure if she was the owner or not) just told us to pay $60 for the cut. The stylist or the reception lady never once said if we want we can come back and finish the cut or if we want they can try and fix it. Seemed like they only cared that I pay.

I had my wedding hair/make up done with rhenium! as the bride I had a wonderful experience with my hair and make up with katie! she did a wonderful job! unfortunately my bridesmaids did not have a similar experience with their make up. they felt they were overcharged, cvs make up was used on them and one of my bridesmaids had to go back to her apt after, remove all the make up and do her own because her base was completely mismatched to her skin tone. they didnt even get a lip color. very disappointed for them….they felt they were very overcharged.

Katie is the best, I have been going to her for years and I have never left her chair unhappy! I’m always getting compliments on my cut and color, her baby light technique is worth every penny. I love the vibe of the whole salon as well, everyone there is so friendly and the decor puts you in such a balanced state of mind. Don’t miss out on a great experience!
