Make sure you set the price up front otherwise this guy will scam you. Ended up paying $48 for a “tier 3” haircut. Tier 3 is apparently a 10 minute men’s haircut that consisted of clippers around the side, shampooing, and a trim on top. No wonder it was empty and closing by 3pm. Haircut
