I have always found joy in creating art and sharing that passion with others. It has been a true blessing to now share my creativity in the form of beauty! I am a licensed PhiBrows & PhiContour Permanent Makeup Artist and MAC endorsed makeup artist and would love to help you look and feel your very best! I have been working in the arts and beauty industry for my entire career, completing my Master’s Degree is Art Education from Shepherd University in 2014 and spending the beginning of my career teaching and coaching the youth of my community. After a decade in education, I opened my photography business (Mountain Mama Photography) followed by the pursuit of my other passion: Permanent Makeup!

I had an excellent experience with Rachel. I haven’t had eyebrows in 20 years being a 90’s teen that plucked them so thin they never grew back. I was so scared and skeptical of the outcome. I had a friend recommend her and I am so happy she did. I love my eyebrows. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Rachel is also an awesome person. Rachel is amazing! She has done my eyebrows, (amazing) eyeliner, (more amazing) lips, (so beautiful) and 2 of my amazing tattoos, the detail she puts in to them is just out of this world! She is an incredibly talented/skilled artist with absolutely clean work! Rachel is honestly one of the nicest, warmest people you’ll ever meet.
