Back in the day when gel nails were brand new to the market, I used to frequent Nikki’s Nails right next to Giant eagle on perimeter Rd. Dublin. I’ve been sick for a couple of weeks and have felt too exhausted to even paint my toes or do my nails. So I was doing errands and came upon RGB NAIL SPA. I wandered in and was greeted by a familiar face, Renee the owner. Then I came upon the others Tina, and Vicky . I felt like a homecoming reunion. Renee gave me a wonderful pedicure and Vicky gave me a beautiful gel manicure. After catching up on everybody’s life and commenting on how lovely the salon looked, so clean and open I set my appointment for 2 weeks and said my goodbyes .

They told me it did not dry properly and made a comment to another customer that it was “not their fault if I didn’t keep my hands under the light the whole time”. Critical: ProfessionalismI called up this place and was politely asking the receptionist if she had any availability for my acrylic nails. I mentioned that I already had them done from another place and wanted them redone here. But the lady immediately started being defensive and asked why aren’t you going there.?? Why coming to us.? She said please go to Nail Quest don’t come to us.!! I was initially shocked that she didn’t want new customers.
