Before coming to this place, I had a nail tech I would go to for years, unfortunately she moved to Sacramento and I could no longer travel that far. Looking for a new nail tech, I’ve visited several nail shops near the area Pittsburg Antioch, but this one Has been the best found so far, their customer service is great, their complete service is great, they greet you and throughout the whole process keep a positive attitude. I can’t wait till you guys open your massage room. I will definitely come back to visit you for pedicures. Great work and great customer service!!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueOk so the nails specifically are good enough however the nail tech I had started off by using her nails to push back my cuticles completely unsanitary, then as she was filling and using the drill she then cut my cuticles up bad and proceeded to put random liquids in miscellaneous packaging on it. I told her to leave it alone as she continued to scrap and scratch at that spot with her nails, it continued to bleed so she used another random liquid that burned out the wound and it was so painful. She’s just continued on after that like nothing even happened.Note for my cousin she had a manicure and pedicure, she asked for regular Polish as we were quite $45 over the phone. The last she had from the start was trying to get her to do gel which she said no to multiple times and I the adult with her also said no too. The lady proceeded to push so my cousin asked how much extra it would be they said $10 so she said okay due to the uncomfortable situation and Consistent pressure. We went to pay and ended up being charged 71$ ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and not what we were quoted even after how does $45 + $10 turn into $71? I think I had a new girl she took almost 2 hrs to do my gel nails. 3 days later the gel is peeling off what a waste of money and my time. No way would I ever go back or recommend this place Gel manicures

It may look nice on the inside but the lady who did my nails did an absolute terrible job. When I told her what I wanted she didnt listen to me and did something else, then when I told her that’s not what I wanted, she got very upset saying that I “wasted her time”. I also asked her to cut the nail shorter and keep them thin. I walked out with longer a waaayy thicker nails than I wanted. She tore up my cuticles with her dremel and didnt put the clear coat on fully so some patches of my nail dont even have a top coat. Not to mention she didnt wipe my nails down with alchohol so they were very sticky when I left, everything stuck to them. If you want a good salon, go to the nail salon in oakley by domino’s pizza.
