Take me a 2 months for my appointment so I made my appointment to cut and paint I suggested a color and a cut the girl who attended me told me I can’t do the cut or the color my other appointment is waiting for me when I wait 45 minutes for her to attend me I didn’t feel welcome I suggested more colors and cuts and she told me that she didn’t have time to make them. I think that for the price they charge, one deserves better treatment if they are exclusive to other clients. and I left

My partner tried twice to get her hair cut here first time they made an appointment and we get there and the person who she had an appointment with didn’t do pixie cuts we were not informed of this prior so we reschedule for a10am appointment we get there and the person didn’t come in till 1 this place is very very unprofessional I will never go back or recommend it to any of my friends

The attention to detail is incredible. Maybe I just haven’t been to a good hair salon in a long time, but the girl cutting my hair, wish I knew her name, was amazing. She took her time and got every hair right. Worth every dollar for sure.

They are all very friendly. From Judith, to Katrina, to Jeanette, Cindy and Steph. I love how they will be honest with everyone even if it means they won’t get paid, I really respect them for that. Once while I was getting a hair cut this woman wanted to get color but she had a relaxer in and the color could’ve ruined her hair, so Judith tells her instead of just going for it and wishing for the best. This place is very nice. The ppl are so friendly and know what they are doing. It was a pleasure getting my hair done by Judith. She is amazing and totally upgraded me! It took awhile to color my hair but it was so worth it. I love my hair!!!

There are better salons in Fresno. Played musical chairs with 3 other clients working with the same stylist. One women left because it was 45 minutes past her appointment time, which is how long it took me to get into the chair which should have been an immediate red flag. After FOUR HOURS, FOUR PICTURES, THREE conversations about the look I wanted and $175, I came home with 90’s highlights and uneven hair. Haircuts are extra which I didn’t dare remind her of knowing clients were waiting with wet hair. So disappointed.
