I am beyond frustrated with this place. THE SOUTH JORDAN clinic is a joke. They switched their management and they are the worst!! My laser was doing great before they switched and lost all their technicians. Now I have to start somewhere else after paying them in full. I quit after being burned by more than one technician. I reached out to their boss and no discount was given. (I finally just asked for a refund on what was left.) They wanted to give me free facials. I didn’t trust them to touch my face anymore. After spending so much money I am so disappointed to see so much hair still coming through. I went for just over a year so you would think I would see improvement but I don’t at all. I quit because of the burns. I was sick of it. I wish it had been a better experience!!
