First time visit was a great experience. I walked into a calm peaceful receptionist area, where I was offered a cold beverage of my choice. Intake forms were digital and fast/easy to fill out. Within 5mins I was greeted by Ralph for my consultation. He was extremely personable, professional and informative. He answered every question and even gave personal accounts of his own (given his many years of experience). All of the nurses were awesome and extremely easy to talk to. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a full service wellness clinic. —Military friendly!!!

Went in for a consultation for laser hair removal, and Ralph and team were just amazing. So welcoming when I arrived, got a tour of the facilities as they shared all the different services they offer. Super clean, organized, and relaxing place. The team is super friendly, personable, and explain everything so thorough, which makes you feel comfortable about the service you are about to get. No pressure or upselling of anything. Was able to learn about the place and service via text and filled out my paperwork digitally which made when I arrived easy.

Absolutely love the new management. I called in after seeing an ad about “virtually painless” laser hair removal and was curious. Ralph was so detailed and knowledgeable and spent about 30 mins on the phone with me walking me through the process.
