Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityBuyer beware.I came to Shonda via a friend’s recommendation and on the phone and in person, she could not have been nicer and friendlier. Based on her detailed description of the results I could I generally expect, I made an appointment and forked over 1200+ dollars. Even before I left, they were trying to get me to make my next appointment, but I said I wanted to hold off and see the actual results.As my Dermatologist said weeks later, after the peeling was done, “Did she actually do anything?” In other words, after weeks of my skin looking like a topographical map, I looked exactly the same. On one hand, results vary from person to person, but this was nothing like Shonda assured me what the results would be.I called to check in with her and she didn’t return the call. I called again 4 days later and it took her another 4 or 5 days to return the call. Her attitude was entirely different – kind of dismissive and uncaring. She then backtracked on everything she had said earlier before I went in, and just kept saying it would take months to really see the difference. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had a new person provide filler on lip she bruised them I told her I wanted a natural pout and kept asking me where I wanted it she did not do the top lip pout she could not give me bottom pout so I asked for bottom lip like associate she said ok she left needle in long time and shake needle while still injected leaving me a black lip bruise over 2 wks lips uneven. She was unfriendly telling me I should not be there due to Coronavirus only young ones. I also asked for Botox she charged me for Botox but barely pricked me twice and did not have normal numb sensation after injection. There was no change after I paid 20-25 units of Botox I have not been there since in 2020.
