Heather is a caring and talented therapeutic massage therapist. In two sessions, she helped to significantly increase range of motion in my shoulder, which had undergone about 8 weeks of physical therapy (2x/week). After PT, my shoulder was still quite stiff and didn’t have ROM in some ways. Heather helped me get through the plateau I had after PT treatments. I highly recommend her! I want to fit in more sessions with her after I get through PT for my herniated discs.
