Critical: ProfessionalismThe woman at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. She was scared of my husband and demanded he put on a different mask because the one he had on “didn’t work.” I didn’t realize people working here also worked for the CDC. After my husband was treated like he had a contagious disease and saw how filthy the location was he left without getting his scheduled massage. The woman at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. She was scared of my husband and demanded he put on a different mask because the one he had on “didn’t work.” I didn’t realize people working here also worked for the CDC. After my husband was treated like he had a contagious disease and saw how filthy the location was he left without getting his scheduled massage. I accidentally scheduled my appointment for the Revive in Chicago, but Olivia was able to accommodate me on super short notice! She is so friendly and highly skilled and clearly works very hard. I had the best 60 min hot stone massage and the space is very clean and inviting. I also appreciated how seriously they are taking COVID precautions. I will definitely be back and will refer to others!

What a lovely gem Revive Spa is! I visited New Buffalo on a solo birthday weekend trip and booked two services — a body treatment/massage and facial. The spa itself is small, but beautifully decorated and maintained. The masseuse and aesthetician (Olivia and Lolita) were so kind and welcoming — and wonderfully proficient. I’ve been to luxury spas all over the world, and these services at Revive were as good as any I’ve had at five-star facilities. I felt pampered and super-relaxed at the end of my visit and will happily return next time I’m in Harbor Country!

I received a gift certificate for this spa, I normally don’t do things like this for myself. First thing I will say is all of the past reviews are right, Olivia is the best! 10 of 10 would recommend. She’s very professional but also warm and friendly, my massage was awesome and I will definitely rebook with her. The reason for the lower rating is because of the difficulty I had trying to schedule the appointment in the first place (which is not Olivia’s fault). The spas actual hours do not match what google or their own website has. I tried making appointments online and never got a call back or an email confirming or cancelling the appointment i was trying to make. I also tried calling, but no one answers the phone. It does say to leave a message, which I did not just because I hadn’t had luck with call backs from the online reservations. I had to drive from St. Joe to New Buffalo just to make an appointment. The first time i drove down they were closed (hours don’t match website). So I had to drive back a second time. It was just inconvenient. I will be going back to get more services and I will bump up the rating accordingly.

Revive was great! Appreciated the ease of making an appointment, the flexibility, personalized care and attentiveness. Olivia and my Esthetician, were both great: skilled, friendly, welcoming, and checked-in frequently. I’ll be back and, if you’re in New Buffalo, suggest you check them out. Lots of great unique touches to make it a special day.

Made an appointment for two packages that included massage, facial, pedicure, manicure and eyebrow wax. We were quoted a price of $160.00 (a package special). When we called to confirm we were told that we didn’t have appointments at their facility. To get the package it was now over $250. Very disappointed!!!
