The Good: Dr. Ahmad was polite, kind, and very thorough in explaining the procedure/risks, treatment area and going over concerns with me. She also did an excellent job performing the service. The waiting room, patient room, and bathroom were all clean, well lit, and well decorated. I also appreciated getting an appointment reminder text the morning of the appointment. Were I just rating for the above things I would absolutely give 5/5 Stars.

I had no issues getting ahold of anyone for an appointment, or for a last minute reschedule!Upon arrival- I was giving paperwork to fill out and then taken into the the back room where I waited to speak to the doctor over zoom. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to speak with me about my upcoming decision to get pregnant and we went through my options for my Groupon. Doc is nice but runs a horrible office. They will make you wait over an hour and her staff is so unprofessional. Everything except for the Doc is all off. The doc should learn how to organize a schedule better and fire all the staff.

When serviced, they were nice at my first appointment but when I called to try to set up my second appointment, I got no answer. For two weeks I continued to try and schedule my second appointment and no one answered. Two and a half weeks later, I finally get someone, at that point I just cancelled my groupon. I would post my call attempts from my call logs, but that’s just petty and unnecessary. I’m just truly disappointed because I was really looking forward to my treatments at this location. ☹
