I went to see Suzanna for a Rapid Spray Tan ahead of my marriage celebration. First of all, I was terribly late for multiple reasons + Suzanna was EXTREMELY patient. The spray tan was very quick and it was the first time I’ve ever had a tan that did not leave me sticky afterwards.. Over the next couple days, I could confidently say it was the best spray tan I had ever had. So, Suzanna, THANK YOU for taking care of me + next time I schedule my rapid tan, I will be early!!!! For anyone looking for a glowing, natural tan, book Suzanna!

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I hate spending hundreds of dollars and hours on disappointing haircuts and highlights more. I went into Revive a few weeks hoping to get a long layered cut and highlights touched up (I’ve been getting this same cut and highlights for 15 years). I showed the stylist multiple pictures for the golden blond color and the cut I was hoping for. I asked her to keep the length, I had just spent 5 months growing it out so I had quite a lot to work with. I left with one of the worst layering cuts I have ever gotten, so much length taken off that I don’t feel I can try to get it fixed until it grows out, and darker, brassier hair than I walked in with. My life long best friend’s review was “I have never seen your hair so short and I don’t see the layers” and my other friend asked me why I decided to dye my hair red. I pull it back even when I’m home alone.

I recently had my hair and makeup done for a wedding. I showed my stylist two pictures of the look I was hoping to achieve. The first photo below being my favorite, but a little more difficult. The second being an easier option in case the first one wasn’t doable. I knew the first one was asking for a lot which is why I brought two photos! My stylist looked at me with ease and said of course we could do the first one! It’d be so easy with my hair. Come to find out, that wasn’t true. The third photo is the final result . . . an updo that I could have done myself. I was scared to say I didn’t like the final product because we heard stories during the appointment about other clients hating their hair and it being a miserable and awkward experience to fix it. The salon had also had a person no show that day and were short on time for that reason, so they were rushing to finish each person. On top of all that, the quoted price for both hair and makeup for the bridesmaids was $125. Instead, we were charged $175 per person without tip. To say the least, I am extremely disappointed. I would have rather been told that my first choice wasn’t doable, than being disappointed with my final product.
