Hayley was really sweet she fit me in after I got off work which was great! However before I went in I sent a picture of what i wanted but when i went in to get it done it looked completely different. My hair was virgin hair and I was going fully blonde. I came out with my natural hair and blonde highlights. After I had a couple of days I texted her and told her I wanted it a little more blonde and she said it would cost me another $110. I’m a single mom and cant afford to get my hair done the right way now. Very disappointed.
