Went there to get my son a haircut. My son wanted a kind of kpop grunged haircut. I showed Jorge some pictures, and he was very helpful and asked me a lot of questions to make sure he understood what my son wanted. The haircut came out great. My son is still exploring his style, and Jorge was very patient; we didn’t feel rushed. He even styled it to give it that rugged look. Thanks Jorge!

EDIT: I ended up going back after I put aside some additional money, and the service was great. My hair stylist spent a few hours balayage-ing my hair and was kind and professional the whole time. There ended up being a little obvious line in my hair that I only noticed after getting home, and when I called she invited me in same-day to fix it free of charge. It’s grown out really well and I’m satisfied with the look of it! Would recommend.

One of the poorest customer service. If you try to walk-in they tell you to book an appointment and come back, but no matter if you have an appointment or not they serve customers on first come first serve. The ones with no appointment and walk ins were serviced before us who had to make an appointment. The quality of customer service and respect is just awful. Called and made appointments for my daughter and myself to get a wash, cut and blow dry. Online they have cuts listed starting at $17. When I called to make the appointment, I was told the charge wouldn’t be much more then that, maybe around $30. I had long hair and got it all chopped off. I was charged $75 just to cut all my hair off and was told it was because I had very long hair… I HAD long hair. They didn’t even work with my long hair. Vanessa just chopped it off. I didn’t get my long hair washed or styled, just chopped off to my jawline. They over charged me and lied about the price. It was poor customer service. I understand that it’s a pandemic and you might not be getting a ton of business but gouging prices when a customer is ready to pay is not right at all.
