Right from the beginning, from the time I called to set an appointment all the way through getting my son’s haircut, it was an easy process and amazing customer service from all the staff I interacted with. I read others comments on it being hard to find, so when I called I asked where exactly it is. It’s located on the far right side of the Exit Realty building, essentially it’s basement, with it’s own signage and entrance you can’t miss it. It didn’t give basement vibes, it was very chic and welcoming full of light.

The prices are very high to just get your hair washed and trimmed. The owner was super nice and her shop is nice as well. A little hard to find. She is also the one who did my hair. She didn’t fix my hair or anything per my request. I felt the price was very unreasonable though.

The owner was super nice and her shop is great. Its a little hard to find. However the prices are a bit high. I asked for my hair to be washed and trimmed. We only took an inch off. I did not have it dryed or styled. Washing and trimming cost $55. Not sure I’m going back.
