Critical: ProfessionalismHave been coming here to get nails for 5 years. I usually would get gel extension and pedicure. I noticed they treat people of color a little differently which is why I am giving low stars. I was a high tipper and always polite but I never felt the same energy back from the techs. I did my wedding nails here and asked for nail art but they said they couldn’t do it. Looking back that was a waste of money and time since other nail salons do amazing nail designs. I also noticed my extensions would chip more often when I got them done here. They also are more pricey than some other places. Have been coming here to get nails for 5 years. I usually would get gel extension and pedicure. I noticed they treat people of color a little differently which is why I am giving low stars. I’m very picky when it comes to the quality of a manicure or pedicure because of cleanliness. I’m very picky when it comes to the quality of a manicure or pedicure because of cleanliness.
