Where to begin. The pedicure i recived was subpar, she looked like it bothered her that i came in and asked for one. Super uncomfortable. They buffed my nail so hard that they shredded my cuticle and the skin around the nail. I asked for French tip a few times and they gave me full color. Buy this time my fingers hurt so much from the buffer I just wanted to be done and out of there so I let it go. But the gel manicure I received was the worst. Air bubbles on every fingers, looked like sand was under the polish. They didn’t cover the whole nail. I asked if they could fix but they couldn’t fix after trying. They tried to buff out the imperfections and put clear gloss. When I checked out I expressed how much I hated my nails and showed they the bubbles and black dots in the polish and the color was now dull. They wanted to try again but I was already there for 2 1/2 hours and I wanted to leave and didnt think my skin could take anymore. After a week the gel started chipping. I’ve never not tipped a nail tech and I felt horrible but my nails were horrible and the skin around my nails took a while to heal. Plus my nail chipped once the gel flaked off because I had nothing reinforcing my nails ive been trying to grow out. I wanted to like this place so bad! But the pedicure and manicure did not match the quality they advertised.

I saw Tina and I have never left a nail salon so happy. I always thought that I was just too picky because the shape wasn’t right or they were too thick but she took her time and was absolutely meticulous with her shaping and I’m so so happy. Highly recommend!

I have been getting my nails done for over 6 years now and have been to a lot of places. Huong was my nail tech and she just wowed me. She was very diligent, gentle, thorough and did a great job. I have recently switched to shellac manicures and she gave me the best one yet. My hands look and feel beautiful. I’m in love. I’m bringing my niece here for when we have our girls day. I work close to this salon. I decided to try it on a whim and it has been the best nail salon I have ever been to. I have been getting my nails done for over 6 years now and have been to a lot of places. Huong was my nail tech and she just wowed me. She was very diligent, gentle, thorough and did a great job. I have recently switched to shellac manicures and she gave me the best one yet. My hands look and feel beautiful. I’m in love. I’m bringing my niece here for when we have our girls day. My sister is in a wheelchair and required a lot of accommodations for her nail appointment. Huong was her techincian and she was so amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and made the experience awesome! Dip powder

My service was rushed through.. I just wanted a simple manicure to clean up my nails— no polish. My nails were still dirty when she finished, with dead skin around them and the cuticles still had a little left over. Edges were rough with some nail hanging off.

This place is fantastic! Every time I visit WA I go here. They serve drinks and are very friendly. My nails always turn out top notch. The only complaint I could have is they didn’t have the kind of nail polish I was looking for when I wanted a liquid gold tip and had to settle for glitter gold instead.

I only gave them 1 star because they were nice enough to take me in last minute when another salon cancelled on me. I did call in advance to ask if they were able to take me since it was close to closing time and they said yes. From the moment that I sat in the chair until the end, the woman who did my nails (I think her name is Hana) didn’t say a word to me. She was just talking to her coworker in her language the whole time but that’s fine. She did such a horrible job on my nails as shown in the pictures. These pictures were taken the SAME day I got them done. She missed the sides, despite me telling her to please fill in the whole nail including the sides after I saw her do a few of my nails. She still left areas without nail polish. You can also see ridges or rings towards my cuticles because she didn’t stroke the brush all the way down for the 2nd coat of nail polish. The nail polish literally started chipping the next day. I had half a mind to go back and ask them to fix it but it figured I’d just do it myself instead of being disappointed again. I do not recommend this salon! There are cheaper salons with much better quality in the area!
