I came from Hickory to spend the day with a friend. She brought me to Revive Nail Bar for a pedicure, and it was by far the best one I have ever had. Kevin went above and beyond from the beginning to the end, and I will definitely be coming back to see him! I came in this past Thursday for my birthday and a wedding and I’ve been here a couple of time and never really had a problem which is why I’ve came back when I need my nails done ect but this time I came in with my mom and I can’t remember the guys name but that was by far one or the worst / weirdest nail tech I’ve ever had when he first sat me down he slapped my hand and was complaining about the length I had asked for And was not listening I have a sore nail and I asked her to cut it shorter than the rest and to be gentle and not only did he cut the nail shorter on my nail that wasn’t short and left the hurt one longer he was rough and when I asked him to stop he told me I’ll be alright and proceeded to file that same nail the he goes to but the gel polish and it comes out all bumpy and at this point I was just ready to leave and they were close to closing but not even two

Not the best, not the worst. More negatives than positives. It was clean and the people were pleasant were my positives. My negatives: they tried to upsale me on the base pedicure, which is fine, but when I said just the base, I got maybe a 1 min massage (the only reason I get a pedicure), no top coat on toenails and no lotion on feet. They charge a fee to use debit and tried to get me to get cash out of their atm for tip instead of using my card. We’re in the 21st century yall. The nail polish was not cleaned around my toes and honestly the color didn’t cover my toenail but I didn’t notice it till I got home. Any recommendations on another place?

AAAAAAMMMMMMMAAAAAAZZZZZZIIIIINNNNNGGGGG!!!!!! I legit have been 2x now on my 1 hr lunch break to get an acrylic fill-in with gel polish and I was able to get to the bar, pick my colors, have my nails perfected and make it back to my desk to clock in at my 1 hour mark!
