The nice representative who checked me out had great customer service, smiled and professional… the representative who checked me in on the other hand could take a course on customer service. First thing she asked was if I checked in and filled out the forms.. No smile, welcome greeting or professionalism.. ( reason for 4/5 stars) I had the opportunity of having Andrew, PA (originally works in Encinitas clinic) who is absolutely amazing! Andrew was very knowledgeable, professional and honest! My injections were painless and he made sure I understood after care instructions! I am extremely pleased with my first experience and definitely going back!

I love Revive Carmel Valley! It’s a beautiful space and the staff is helpful and friendly. Aside from offering awesome promotion packages, it’s easy to book and I greatly appreciate the text reminders for appointments. I have been going to Revive for a few years and originally found my hairstylist (who I still use) at the Mission Valley location. A huge shoutout to Michelle, she is the BEST! Her attn to detail, her warm personality and her genuine care in my satisfaction is the reason I keep coming back to Carmel Valley!

I had the most amazing facial I’ve ever had. Tori Hawk truly is the best in the 20 plus years I’ve been getting facials this was hands down my best experience, she has a gifted touch, and my skin looks and feels so beautiful. I rarely take the time to post and rate my experiences but in this case, I really felt I had a duty to tell everyone, if your getting a facial at Revive request Tori you won’t be disappointed.

I got fillers on my smile lines on 10/11/2022 because I was insecure about them. The filler on my left smile line was not placed correctly by nurse Faith the first time. She placed it higher on the right, and lower on the left, and the crease looks deeper. I mentioned this to her right away and she said to wait 2 weeks for a check up after the swelling reduces to fix it. During the visit on 10/25/2022 she said it looks good but my smile was uneven and maybe needed more, and of course wanting to charge me more for it. My smile was not uneven before the treatment (top image), and if she thought that was a factor, I asked her why she used the same amount of product on both sides? I insisted the problem was that she injected the filler wrong and she had to fix it. She never took accountability or the manager. They want me to pay again with 50% off and I don’t believe it’s fair. A follow-up was promised and never happened. Very disappointed by the service given on fillers and how the situation was handled. I’ve had good experiences getting botox, but after this experience I will not do business with them again.

What a wonderful experience I had getting Morpheus 8 with Nurse Tracy and her amazing medical assistant Veronica. They took great care of me and made me feel at ease immediately. I was a little afraid of the pain but it was minimal and completely worth it. I love Re Vive!

I had an excellent experience at Revive med spa ‍♀️ in Mission Valley. My technician ‍⚕️was Liza and her skillful artwork is amazing. I had juvederm ultra treatment on my lips . Looking natural and not duck like I have a very high pain tolerance so we did the treatment without topical lidocaine and it was tolerable. I will be returning to see Liza again for future treatments. I highly recommend Revive med spa.
