I love Revive! Everyone from the receptionist to every single provider there is top notch and so very welcoming and knowledgeable. Heather is my girl for my injectables. Shauna is my go to girl for all things wellness and she has really improved my quality of life by listening to me and working to get my hormones under control. First I want to say is that Kim is awesome. She has done a hydra facial on my daughter twice and that experience was great. The issue I have is that the original price was $95 for the facial. This last time when I paid the receipt showed $150. This was for the exact same service as the original facial. There were 5 weeks between services, and it was not disclosed to me that the price had changed. What made it worse was I called and asked the following Monday how much a hydra facial was and was quoted $95. I then asked why I paid $150. The lady that answered the phone said her office manager would call me to discuss the price. This was last Monday. I called back Thursday since I had not received a call and was told the office manager raised the price a few weeks ago. Then why are they still quoting $95. I can understand a slight price adjust, but $55 is ridiculous. I was told again the office manager would call and still no call. I will never use their services again and advise you ask pricing each time prior to having a service done. Although you might still pay a different price. I really wanted to love this place because they are in Friendswood and Kim is so great!

They got me in really fast for a Meyers cocktail IV when I tested positive for COVID. It was quick and the nurse was super nice and informative. I literally started feeling better a few hours after I went home and took a nap.

Well the customer service leaves something to be desired for sure. No one smiled when greeting me and they rushed through the information. They had the “too cool for school” attitude even when knowing it was my first time there and first time ever getting the service I was getting. It was pretty uncomfortable and awkward. No paperwork was given to me after giving more info or anything.
