My 92 year old mother and I both recommend it highly! we did the relaxation option, and though I am not terribly experienced in receiving massage, out of maybe 7 or 8 that I have received this was the best. My mom needed a more gentle approach and she was all smiles when it was over. They offer several options, one known as the “Bowen technique “ that focuses on specific nerve issues and requires specialized training. Folks with sciatica or carpal tunnel might be interested in that. I hesitated at first to go to such a small parlor in such a small town as opposed to the big chains like Massage Envy in Fayetteville, but so glad my misconception was corrected! They also have a chiropractor that takes appointments on a part time schedule.
