Critical: QualityI’m new to St George. My husband found this salon for me from reviews. Went in to get a Blonde Balayage. When we scheduled I texted her pictures of my hair and picture of what I wanted. Audrey told me it was $165 and would be a 4 hour appointment. I was there 10 minutes early. No one came to greet me until I started texting my stylist asking if she was ready 5 minutes after my appointment time for me since I could hear talking in the back. She seemed nice and we had good conversation, but she took me to the washing station very shortly after putting the dye in! My hair was medium brown. I knew she had training more than me and had all those pictures. Never gone blonde before, but thought maybe it developed faster than she or I expected. She washed it and put toner in it. I sat for a bit longer and then washed again. She dried and styled my hair and she could tell I was upset. It didn’t look like she did anything! She even knew she messed up. I was styled and done only 2.5 hours into the appointment. I have 5 kids and an appointment mid-day like this wasn’t easy to do. She wasted my day! I didn’t pay her since she didn’t do the job right. She offered to fix it, but why should I trust someone to fix something that got messed up that bad. She didn’t commit to coloring it right! I had to go to another salon who apparently couldn’t commit either. It isn’t that hard of a thing and I am a really nice and friendly person. People here need more schooling!!! Now my hair can’t be what I wanted without spending a ton due to two people messing up and the contrast being gone from my current brown all fading to being all light brown/slightly blonde. I’ll have to have 2 more hair appointments to get what I want which means in the end spending $600 for what I want!!! Not going to do it now and I’m stuck with the hair I have now. I’m new to St George. My husband found this salon for me from reviews. Went in to get a Blonde Balayage. When we scheduled I texted her pictures of my hair and picture of what I wanted. She offered me a snack and a drink as soon as I got there and since I went right after work I was starving so of course I accepted. She then took the time to build up my nails since they were so thin and damaged. And lastly, her nail art was immaculate. Definitely found my forever nail lady in St. George area. Had my nails done by Angie and let me tell you how great she was!!! She offered me a snack and a drink as soon as I got there and since I went right after work I was starving so of course I accepted. She then took the time to build up my nails since they were so thin and damaged. And lastly, her nail art was immaculate. Definitely found my forever nail lady in St. George area. Highly recommend her.

I went to Marci at Revive Salon. SHE. IS. AMAZING!! Totally loved the results. I always have a hard time going to new salons to dye my hair blonde and she killed it first time.
