She definitely knows my personality and hair type and which style will look the best on my face shape. She goes above and beyond to make sure I’m in love with my hair! My experience at Revive with a hair stylist who I will call ‘M’. I’ve been going to Revive for over 10 years and used the same stylist and always leave a 25% tip. The wait time was normally zero to several minutes. This time I waited a very long time past my appointed time. The person the stylist was servicing yelled over to me and said “my fault, he had forgotten his appointment”. The stylist let him come in anyway and use my appointed time. Politely I mentioned to her that it would be nice if she would call me next time so I could come in later. When she was done with the tardy client and it was my turn, she totally lost her temper and verbally scourged me over my suggestion to give me a call when running that late. She then chopped at my hair very aggressively and when finished told me to never come back. She knew she had lost it on me because she didn’t even charge me for the choppy hair cut. The owner was professional and apologized, the stylist would not. I will be more than happy to go elsewhere and also pay half the price at a decent barber shop. I also won’t have to put up with an adult taking out a temper tantrum at me because of their bad day. Their loss. UPDATE: I just got a very nice hair cut by a professional at Doug’s Sport Cut, the price was only $10, half the price I paid at Revive.

I’ve been going to revive for couple of years now and have never had a Negative experience. The stylist are easy to talk to and very open and available to discuss your needs. As far as color goes they are very professional and honest about how to get you where you want to be. I completely trust them.

I went to get my eyebrows done for my wedding. The atmosphere was modern and professional, the ladies were very kind warm and welcoming and my eyebrows looked natural and amazing! Couldn’t have picked a better spot. I think I’m going to start coming here from now on!

After reviving a devastating botched cut from a walk in salon, I came here and they managed to save the day! They salvaged my butchered cut, and made it into something stylish! Coupled with a great color, I would have never been able to get from a box myself, they really made me kinda glad my hair had been butchered in the first place! Amazing skills in cuts and colors, I wish I could give them more than just five stars!
