When I moved to California I tried desperately to find someone local and I could not find anyone as talented and skilled as she is. I have lived in California for six years now and I make trips to Tucson just to have her cut my hair.I have long, Asian textured hair. My cut is simple but the number of times other stylists have cut it shorter than I asked, didn’t frame my face properly with the layers, or ignored my natural part, is an unbelievable number.Corinne has never messed up my cut, my layers are perfect every time, and the products she uses are lightweight, smell amazing, don’t leave my hair greasy or heavy feeling, and somehow manages to hold the style she gives it for DAYS. It is truly magic.She also colored my hair many years ago – my first ever experience with color, and she took her time. It took HOURS (dark purple over dark brown hair) to get it right, but she never gave up, she was patient, and never made me feel rushed or pressured even as her day continued and she was managing other clients. The result was exactly what I wanted – can’t tell indoors so I could wear it to work but beautiful dark purple hues in the sun.She listens to you, gets to know you, goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and safe, educates you on the process so you feel prepared to manage your own maintenance between cuts/styles, and you can trust that she will never let you walk out her chair without looking and feeling your best.She is a skilled and talented professional, and such a wonderful human. I would trust Corinne to do whatever she wanted to my hair. If she asked me to cut it with a sword I’d say yes because that’s how skilled she is.REVIVAL is a gorgeous space, with easy parking, it’s very clean, reasonable pricing, and the staff is wonderfully friendly and welcoming.
