The whole experience is exactly what you want in a luxury spa visit- a lovely waiting room, beautiful and serene spa room, and the sense that you are leaving all of your stress and worries at the door! Maria started the appointment by sitting with me and asking what was important to me during the spa treatment. The treatment itself was lovely, and my skin felt SO clean for the next few days. I can’t wait to go back, and I also plan to try a massage some time in the future. I am so grateful that Pickering House has partnered with Sky Boutique and brought this fabulous business to Wolfeboro. I had an amazing facial with Maria a few weeks ago! The whole experience is exactly what you want in a luxury spa visit- a lovely waiting room, beautiful and serene spa room, and the sense that you are leaving all of your stress and worries at the door! Maria started the appointment by sitting with me and asking what was important to me during the spa treatment. The treatment itself was lovely, and my skin felt SO clean for the next few days. The first thing to know is how physically beautiful and relaxing the actual space is. From the furniture to the paint colors to the touches of lamps and pillows you are immediately put at ease. As you step in it’s as though you’ve take a deep relaxing breath and you feel immediately relaxed.Then there is the reason you are there. Maria has a magical healing touch with her fingers. And as you receive the facial which is more involved than just your face, you can feel that magical energy flow from her finger tips into you.I was totally pampered, as well as all the cells of my body were rejuvenated and transported into a peaceful state. It’s an experience I cannot wholly describe. My facial with Maria was amazing- my skin was glowing and I felt renewed and relaxed after the experience. Maria has a wonderful soul and just talking with her is a relaxing experience in itself. She has a great deal of knowledge and skill at what she does, and delivers it in a way unlike any other esthetician I have had a facial from. I personally love that the products they have chosen to carry and use are plant-based, beautifully packaged, creative, and effective! There were many small touches throughout my facial that really elevated the experience as well- I cannot wait to go back so that I can try the hydro facial.
