Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI recently moved to the Vail Valley, and found out about Revival when searching for a medical spa and my interest was piqued upon seeing its reviews. Upon entering Revival, you immediately feel relaxed and comfortable (their interior is beautiful too)! I have gone to Jessica twice now, and both times I have been amazed at her wealth of experience. There is literally nothing she can’t do – she is a ‘one stop shop’! Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable, but also incredibly attentive and devoted to her clients. I recently moved to the Vail Valley, and found out about Revival when searching for a medical spa and my interest was piqued upon seeing its reviews. Upon entering Revival, you immediately feel relaxed and comfortable (their interior is beautiful too)! I have gone to Jessica twice now, and both times I have been amazed at her wealth of experience. There is literally nothing she can’t do – she is a ‘one stop shop’! Jessica is incredibly knowledgeable, but also incredibly attentive and devoted to her clients. I cannot say enough positive things about Revival and like everyone else would highly recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI missed a follow up appointment after spending $1,700 on Botox and lip injections. I couldn’t reach anyone and had to cancel via email. I eventually decided to go back because I had an extra syringe that I had paid for in advance. The receptionist told me the follow up including the appointment for my injections would be free. Jess the lady that does the injections came into my room after making me wait 30 minutes from my scheduled time and patronized and scolded me for missing my follow up appointment. Told me I would need to pay $200 for the injections even though she pointed out her receptionist told me it would be free. I am saddened by what happened due to excitedly telling all of my friends how great this place was. Very unprofessional. I had a great experience working with the owner and feel equipped to protect my skin in between treatments.
