Services include school physicals, DOT physicals, lab work, sutures, prescriptions and refills. We also offer individualized treatment for hormone replacement therapy, IV hydration therapy, neurotoxin modulators, Botox, dermal fillers, juvederm, body sculpting, and aesthetic services such chemical peels, medical grade microdermabrasion, micro needling with product infusion, facials and medical grade PCA skin care products for purchase. Facial Chemical Peels

I am currently 20 weeks pregnant and I started having serious vomiting Wednesday morning before thanksgiving. Great place. This place offers so much and you don’t have to wait in a lobby full of people. Melissa is very professional and pleasant to talk to. I will never go to “Quick” care again. I went in with the head crud and she fixed me up. While I was there I got some blood work done just to make sure everything looks good. I look forward to going back for some of her other services.

I called RevIV Health & Wellness to inquire about IV therapy on a Saturday evening late and Melissa stated she could meet me at her place of business on a Sunday morning. Who comes in on Sundays? Melissa does!! When I arrived she had coached me on the different IV therapies she had and helped me decide which one would be best for my situation. I had just gotten over the stomach bug and was dehydrated. She offers all types of services besides IV therapy. I also ended up getting Botox and had blood work done to see about getting hormone replacement pellets. My husband also had blood work done to see about his testosterone levels. She is VERY knowledgeable. She carries a line of skin care products and gave me samples and educated me with the correct facial products to use. She is very personable and a pleasure to meet and talk to. I could’ve have stayed there.
