I am a powerlifter from a local school and Stacey helped me tremendously with my arm issues! A day before the STATE MEET, I received a deep tissue massage and I told her to focus on my right shoulder! In Powerlifting, all people will end up being sore but not extremely hurt, however that wasn’t the case for my arm! I had so much pain in my arm that I couldn’t complete a bench press movement in powerlifting. Not only the next day after the massage but right after it was over, I could do a full rotation in my arm… and feel zero pain! I also ended up receiving FIRST PLACE at state!! As an athlete, I will always recommend people to Stacy Williams because she’s always focuses on problem areas that I suggest and helps me out like crazy for my pain issues during the season! Stacy is also a wonderful Christian woman who is so so kind, so I feel completely comfortable whenever I am getting a massage from her as well!!
