I had to edit this review. My facial was very professional and since it was my first facial I know im probably partially to blame- but I’ve had a bad reaction to the “fire and ice” facial. I know beauty is pain and sometimes facials cause scabbing but incase you’re reading this and have sensitive skin like me!! Beware!! I asked for something to ease facial muscle tightening and exfoliate but just ended up with a chemical peel kind of situation…. the nurse pract. was able to answer my questions and put myself at ease regarding the pain, oozing, and scabbing but I don’t think she expected me to have such an intense reaction. But she is so caring, she has taken such good care of me since having this freak reaction! Shes going way above and beyond to make sure my skin is okay and is taking out time and energy of her personal time to follow up with me!
