got my nails done here around a week ago and they look horrible. with an unpleasant experience from the start with the nail tech using vulgarity for his own mishap, i was sent home with ACRYLIC nails that are seen in the picture below. the polish started chipping within a day, and now the base is chipping off. mind you i do not work a heavy labor job and have not worked since i got my nails done. i paid for a deluxe pedicure as well, and the massage was a literal minute long. didn’t even scrub. i am so dissatisfied and was talked extremely rude to when i called for a fix appointment. i will be going back when i have a chance to get my money back. i never even write reviews and always consult the salon first, but after the way i was treated here, i want to warn people to use their money elsewhere. so disappointed

I have gone here for a few months now and hands down the best nail place I’ve ever been to. I’m very hard on my hands and would constantly break my acrylic nails at work all the time before coming here. It has been 3.5 weeks since I got them done and haven’t broken one nail and they still look pretty great for this being my 3rd fill and not having them done in almost a month! I’ve been to so many other salons in the area over the years, Huntley, Woodstock, Elgin, Crystal lake but this place hands down is amazing! I have not walked away once with disappointment!

They were so nice and my nails loved every moment. I barely started getting manicures this year and am still a little nervous when I go to new places but they are so welcoming and helpful when you come in. Revital Nails and Spa did truly an amazing job. This was by far one of the best nail experiences I have ever had! Came here I had a pedicure, one of the best experiences 10/10!

My manicure was so relaxing and she took her time to make sure it was a great experience. I loved it! The ladies here are very sweet, professional and in-particular. Went to Revital Nails and Spa today and am very satisfied with my nails! Nice to have such a great nail salon in the neighborhood. Made a last minute appointment for a DIP manicure and it couldn’t have gone better.

Something you don’t find at every nail salon is that they’re so easy to talk to. I leave satisfied every time and get so many compliments on my nails for weeks. so the artistry is seriously impressive and it’s cheap! Give Revital Nails a chance, trust me.

Worst nail experience ever. The techs were nice and the interior of the shop was very nice but the nail work was horrible. The shape of each nail was so uneven. One lady started my nails and another lady finished by doing the yin yang design and the second lady could tell how bad the shapes were because she tried filing them down after they were already painted which made things worse. I’ve tried dozens of shops around the chicago suburbs, looking for a nail home, and this was the worst. Just wanted to provide pictures for everyone who cares about attention to detail.
