I don’t go to Dr. Chen for skincare, so I can’t speak to that part of her expertise, but she is an excellent medical practitioner. She took the time to build a good rapport and communicate with me in a way I feel comfortable with, though it took a follow up appointment to get a better feel for her style. I have been going to her for almost two years for diabetes management, as well as my other health related needs. She answers all my questions and her advice always seems reasonable. She doesn’t amplify my guilt about not taking care of myself perfectly, which actually makes me want to do better, because I think there is a mutual trust in place. I appreciate that it is easy to make an appointment and I don’t have to wait long to see her.

She is caring, knowledgeable and usually fits me in to her schedule if I need to see her promptly. I’m alive and feeling healthy because of her care. I absolutely recommend Dr. Chen! Her Ultherapy had made such a difference in my face. I get compliments on how my skin looks radiating all of the time and that I don’t look my age. My line under my eye has completely disappeared and I’ve kept going because of that miraculous accomplishment to rid my face of that deep line under my eye. Not only that but I smoke and I don’t have any wrinkles or lines by my mouth and I’m 40 years old. I’ve smoked for many years and drank yet my skin is impeccable.
