The nurse practitioner & dr Roka are great but the staff needs improvement.trying to speak with anyone over the phone has become almost impossible. Waiting 30 mins to an hour on hold to speak to someone & sometimes after holding I get pushed to the voicemail. The phone calls were to try to get dr records sent over to a specialist which had been requested for almost 2 months but was never done. On 11/17 we were in the office and waited for 45 mins before being seen for blood work then waited for the NP but she was never told we were waiting for see her. This office visit took 2 hours all for blood work which took 5 mins & a follow up consult which took 20 mins. They sometimes call to confirm appointments and sometimes they don’t. If it weren’t for the nurse and dr we would be searching for a different provider. I hope this staff improves its customer service skills.

This review is long over due!! I almost hate to write it because right now it is the best kept secret! AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! First of all the staff are all extremely knowledgable, confident, and they care!! I went in for a “Dracula Facelift!” Everyone should try it. It is affordable and its hard to tell who is who from doctors or techs because they all know what they’re doing and work as a team. Dr. Roka did it again..providing a needed service above the rest in the field. The office is beautiful with high end tech. The services provided are endless and affordable. Brianna, Dr. Roka, Velvet, Milli, Dr. Runnels and Dr. Alexandra Runnels….THANK YOU!!!!!
