Critical: QualityI used to love this place, but the last 3 times I’ve been have not been great. But this last time has been the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I left there with 4 out of my 10 nails bleeding and extremely sore, the cut on my thumb is so deep that I’ve gone through 2 bandages because it’s bleeding like crazy. My daughter’s nails are sloppy and when I said something about it they blamed it on her age, she’s had her nails done multiple times and never had this issue. I paid and left extremely angry and won’t be going back. This used to be the only place I went every two weeks without fail. I used to love this place, but the last 3 times I’ve been have not been great. But this last time has been the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I left there with 4 out of my 10 nails bleeding and extremely sore, the cut on my thumb is so deep that I’ve gone through 2 bandages because it’s bleeding like crazy. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI booked an appointment with Steven and he was great! I am one of those annoying people who are super picky about my nails and will point out anything I don’t like or that I want fixed. Steven did a dip with a coffin shape and they are perfect! No complaints on my part. I absolutely love them. I picked out a glittery blue and he took the liberty of getting a solid blue to go underneath and made sure to explain why. Great communication. I booked an appointment with Steven and he was great! I am one of those annoying people who are super picky about my nails and will point out anything I don’t like or that I want fixed. Steven did a dip with a coffin shape and they are perfect! No complaints on my part. I absolutely love them.
